Meet the Facilitators


Patricia Anderson, MBA, PMP

Patricia Anderson is President/Owner of ABCS Management, a company that provides software training, software development, web development, and project management services to corporate clients. She holds a BS degree in Computer Science, and an MBA in Management Information Systems and International Business. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and  a member of the Project Management Institute, Patricia has leveraged her experiences and skills to serve corporate customers in fulfilling their strategic vision for their employees. She has developed curriculum and  teaches project management  online, and on campus at several universities. Under her instructions, students from her PMP Prep Courses have successfully obtained their certification from PMI. Patricia is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of World Changers Bible School’s inaugural class, and is currently a doctoral candidate (Transformational Leadership).

Keith Carter, MBA, MPM, PMP

Keith Vincent Carter is from Atlanta, Georgia.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University.  He was a participant in the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he studied and performed research in the areas of Astrophysics and Engineering.  He received the “Outstanding Research Participant Award” at Penn State University, University of Maryland and University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Keith earned a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Project Management (MPM) from Keller Graduate School of Management.  Keith has many years of industry experience in the areas of engineering, telecommunications, computer science, operations, project and business management with various fortune 500 companies.  He is currently the Chief Technology Officer of a government contracting firm that provides IT-related goods and services.

Lou Hampton, MBA, PMP

Louis (Lou) Hampton has a combination of 20 plus years of combined Information Technology experience with a focus on project and program management.  As the Principal Consultant with Hampton and Associates IT Consultants LLC,  Lou offers custom IT consulting services focusing on improving organizational results through effective project management and business analysis. Lou has successfully prepared many of his customers to sit for, and pass PMI’s PMP certification exam and improve upon their application of project management principles.   He has served in roles supporting Enterprise Portfolio/Project Management Offices (EPMO)  focusing on effective project assurance and project management. Lou has worked with State leaders and private industry delivering portfolio, investment management and PMO consultation and support. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.  In addition, he has earned a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the SCRUM Alliance and a Project Plus (+) IT Project Management certification from Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). He is also a Certified Systems Test Engineer (CSTE), a certification earned through the Quality Assurance Institute and received his IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.

Magaline Harvey, PMP

Magaline Harvey is a Certified Project Management Professional and an accomplished Project Management Consultant at ACS Professional. She is a trusted member of the local PMI chapter in Atlanta GA, and shares her knowledge within the PM community by hosting informative webinars, attending various networking events, actively placing effective PMs, and even forming a Project Management taskforce of volunteers to provide value to projects. Magaline has overcome obstacles and established solutions with her clients for culture change, process improvement, marketing strategies, and change management, all leading to a successful outcome. Magaline encourages strong PM behaviors and is influential through her executive coaching and corporate programs.
